Our depots are only warehouses and do not have any sales floor for walk-in customers. Most of our products must be shipped via UPS. UPS deliveries require a standard street address, UPS will not deliver to PO boxes. If you are a car dealer or automotive shop/store, please contact us to get the appropriate tax files to avoid sales tax. I've received my item, but it was damaged in shipping. What do I do? DO NOT INSTALL ANY DAMAGED ITEMS! Contact us immediately so we can file a damage claim with UPS and arrange for a replacement to be shipped. UPS will deny any damage claim if the item has been installed. You will be stuck with the damaged item, if it is installed and it cannot be returned. There was a mistake in shipping, I received the wrong item. What do I do? We work hard to keep mistakes to a minimum but they can happen.
