Im just amazed when these brand new ones surface....It does not happen very often. Its a pleasure to be able to offer this perfect example of a vintage green Beret. Canadian manufacturers supplied many of the green berets to US Army personnel. It is period correct for the Vietnam war era. The build quality is second to none. Manufacture date: 1973US Size: 6-1/4 Color: Rifle Green Beret comes with the legible Canadian label inside. It features a leather trim, tie strings, and ventilation gussets on the side. It was never issued and shows no signs of use. It is perfect - no fade, no damage or holes (not even cap badge holes or stitch holes from a badge), no rips, no mothing, no rot, no stains, no discoloration, and no mildew smell. The leather trim is also perfect - its not dried out and as perfect as the day it was made. Tie string was not trimmed short. These collect lint easily - and there is lots of lint in my warehouse, so there will be some on the beret when you get it in the mail. Exterior material is 100% wool, internal lining will be 50% cotton and 50% polyester. Have a good look at the pictures and feel free to ask any questions. Most times you can get a combined rate from me if you add items to your cart and then request a total before paying. IF eBay requires to pay for your items one at a time (and pay each shipping charge), I will notice this and will combine into one package. I will calculate a combined rate and I will refund the extra shipping to you were charged Shipping in the USA: USPS First Class Shipping in Canada: Its actually cheaper for me to send into the USA and then have it shipped from there to you in Canada (to most Postal Codes). Canada Post is EXPENSIVE, please do not blame me for the rates they charge. International shipping: First Class International: If you do not see your country listed then most likely I will not ship to you as I have have issues with your postal service in the past. I may make an exception if you contact me. Your item will be mailed and insured for the full amount. Please do not ask me to reduce the value for customs; I will not commit that sort of fraud. As well, I insure for the full amount and cannot use a lower dollar value for customs purposes. USPS claims a delivery time of 6 - 10 business days to many major markets; however from personal experience it WILL be longer. Tracking gets updated at all steps of the delivery. I use my US location to initiate the package from because it is less than 1/2 of the cost to use Canada Post.
